Feature Friday: The Renaissance of Tiffin

Happy Feature Friday, where every Friday the Chamber team will highlight one of our fantastic members by repping them for the day and telling the community more about them.  This week's Feature Friday is: The Renaissance of Tiffin! 

About The Renaissance of Tiffin: 

 Located in the heart of Tiffin, OH, The Renaissance and Barrel 51 will take you back to a place in time when speakeasies, flappers, and gangsters were the "cat's pajamas!"  The atmosphere, including whiskey barrel bar tops and 1920s style furniture, Persian rigs, and staff dressed in "glad rags" coupled with the wide variety of "giggle water," will have you "hitting on all eights!" 

While sipping on your delicious drinks (available in the bar or feel free to get a DORA glass to go) , you can also enjoy live music every Friday night and a sidewalk DJ every Saturday morning.  When you walk through the door you are taken back in time to the roaring 20s where the only thing you need to worry about is enjoying yourself.  So come by and grab a drink, doll face, but don't tell the coppers! 

In addition to The Renaissance of Tiffin, owner Dave Spridgeon has expanded the business to include The Renaissance on Wheels and The Pink Lady.  These expansions were added during the global pandemic to be able to serve customers while also keeping them safe.  The Renaissance on Wheels and The Pink Lady recently celebrated their one year anniversary of being open!  

The Renaissance of Tiffin on Wheels is Tiffin’s very own premier speakeasy on wheels.  The Renaissance of Tiffin on Wheels has a party bus equipped with 14 reclining seats (can carry up to 20), a brand-new sound system and smart TV, along with LED lighting for any occasion. They also just added a Hummer limo that is now available for use. The 38-ft Hummer limo has two TVs and a brand new stereo system so you and your guests will be riding classy.   

The Pink Lady is a GMC food truck that can be found on weekends at or near The Renaissance of Tiffin.  Some of The Pink Lady’s specialties include 1920’s versions of gourmet grilled sandwiches and a signature Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar. The Pink Lady is available for private parties, business functions, weddings, etc. Check her out!
