The Shawhan Sponsors 8th Annual Golf Outing

Sunday, October 3, 2021, is the date for the 8^th annual “Tee-Off” Alzheimer’s Golf Scramble, sponsored by The Shawhan, Assisted Living by Elmwood.  This year’s event will be held at Clinton Heights Golf Course with a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start.

The $275 team fee includes cart and green fees, catered awards luncheon, snacks, swag bag, and door prizes.  A skins game, mulligans, several new contests and the addition of more cash prizes than ever will add to the fun and competition.  Pre-registration is encouraged. 

The Shawhan has raised nearly $70,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association and the annual golf scrambles have added much to this impressive amount.  According to Maria Paradiso Browne, “We, at The Shawhan, work all year to raise money to support the Alzheimer’s Association to find a cure.  The golf scramble is a fun way to support the cause.”
