Feature Friday: The Laird Arcade Brewery

Happy Feature Friday, where every Friday the Chamber team will highlight one of our fantastic members by repping them for the day and telling the community more about them.  This week's Feature Friday is: The Laird Arcade Brewery! 

About The Laird Arcade Brewery:

The Laird Arcade Brewery (the LAB) is a 3.5 BBL brewhouse focusing mostly on taproom sales with some local distribution.  Their emphasis and focus is to promote as much local business as possible and they strive to keep their ingredients as locally sources as possible as well.  They are Seneca County's oldest operating brewery and were established to encompass many objectives.

First and foremost, they wanted to spread their love and joy of craft beer to fellow community members. Equally important to them, was to build up their local business neighbors in the process.  All three owners were raised in Tiffin and have a strong desire to give back to their home town. They have made every effort to source materials, services, and ingredients as locally as possible.  They have taken on the mindset that “A rising tide raises all ships”; and the best way for them to give back to their hometown is to provide a quality product and draw new customers to Tiffin. Once here, they feel people will discover various other attractions and shopping opportunities. 

The Laird Arcade Brewery was recently awarded with bronze at the 2021 Ohio Craft Brewers Cup for their Scotch Ale!  The OCBC has a panel of judges which consists of professional brewers from across Ohio. No brewer is permitted to judge a category they have also entered. The best 3 beers in each category are awarded medals by the panel of judges.  The LAB went head to head with more than 400 brewers across the state and were able to come out on top!

The LAB is located in the historical Laird Arcade in Downtown Tiffin, which can be found at 114 S. Washington St., Suite D.  We are so lucky to have The LAB as a dedicated, fun, and passionate Chamber and Seneca County community member.  Stop in today!
