Katie Zeyen is the proud one-woman show of KZ Paint & Design and began the business venture a little over a year ago. She was born and raised in Seneca County and is happy to have her business up and running in the place she calls home! After being a teacher for 12 years, Katie accepted a position at Heidelberg University as a graduate admissions counselor. Katie worked at the 'Berg for six years, but due to covid her position was no longer available. When Covid happened, Katie came to a crossroads and thought long and hard about what she wanted her next step to be. She started working for JAM's Creations helping with projects such as painting cabinets. Katie loved the work and wanted to expand on what she was doing and wanted to start her own business! From there KZ Paint & Design became a reality and she has been booked ever since with projects from residential spaces to whole offices. 

KZ Paint & Design is full service from supplies to the labor. If you are interested in having work done, Katie will meet with you, see the space, and walk through what you are looking for, timeframe for completion, and estimated costs. She is open and transparent through every step of the way and loves offering creative ideas to get the look you are going for while also being able to think outside of the box!
