Heather was born and raised in Tiffin. After a brief move to Columbus, she returned to Seneca County with her husband to raise their family. After an 8 year career in education and years of traveling and planning trips for others, Heather was looking for a change in career. In 2019, Heather became an independent travel advisor with Magical Moments Vacations (MMV).

Anyone can book a trip online these days; booking your vacations with Heather is much more than a simple transaction. Her knowledge of destinations, resorts, and ships helps match you and your family to the perfect vacation. She travels several weeks a year on various ships, to different islands, with different resort brands. She even visits Disney and Universal 2-3 times a year to stay up-to-date on the newest offerings. Her destination specialties include the Caribbean, Mexico, Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, Hawaii, Florida, Nashville, and Vegas. Her other specialties include cruises, destination weddings, and group vacations.
