Golda’s YUMobile Celebrate Grand Opening

Congratulations to Jami Fadley on the grand opening of Golda’s YUMobile at JAM's Markets, located at 145 Madison Street in downtown Tiffin! Yesterday's ribbon cutting was a fantastic opportunity to welcome this new food trailer to our community and enjoy some delicious offerings.

Golda’s YUMobile, named after Jami Fadley’s great-grandmother, brings a unique culinary experience to Tiffin. The food trailer offers a variety of pierogi, including their signature Cheddar mashed potato pierogi with toppings like ham, bacon, cheese, sautéed peppers and onion, buffalo chicken dip, and smoked sausage. Freshly made pork rinds with MST seasoning are also available, adding to the flavorful menu.

In addition to their on-site offerings, Golda’s will offer seasonal frozen pierogi for customers to purchase and prepare at home during the off months. They also plan to introduce five flavors of pickles, giving customers even more tasty options to enjoy.

Golda’s YUMobile is open at JAM's Market on Thursday and Friday from 5 to 9 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 1 PM.
