Established in Fremont in 2019, Braised in Balance is a chef-curated meal prep business that has outgrown the initial location and searched the region for a new location with a larger kitchen. They chose Tiffin because of the opportunity to partner with the Chandelier and use their kitchen as well as for the vitality, energy, and momentum of Downtown Tiffin!
Owner, Brittany Trammell, and co-owner, Brad Price manage a staff of four and prepare up to 500 meals every week using fresh and local ingredients to help community members reach their health goals. They want to help support those who want healthy meal options but may not know where to start!
