First Call for Help's annual School Supplies Program is designed to assist low-income families in obtaining school supplies. Eligible applicants must have children in Kindergarten through 8th grade and live in Tiffin/Seneca County (those within Fostoria City Limits are not eligible). Registration begins June 1st and ends June 30th.
Application Requirements:
Photo ID (Driver's License or State ID)
Proof of Income (3 months' pay stubs, SNAP or Social Security
documents, child support payments)
Statements from Job and Family Services (if applicable)
Proof of residency
