The Fostoria Community Arts Council will hold a free Valentine's Day children's workshop for kids grade 1- 5 in their offices at 125 S. Main Street, Fostoria on Saturday, February 4 from 10:00 a.m. until noon. Cheryl Graves will help the kids make valentine decorations that they will be able to take home that day. Encourage your children to join the fun and create a valentine decoration!
