The Teen Department at Tiffin-Seneca Public Library is to host, “Craftastic” for teens on Thursday, February 9 at 3:30 p.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room.

Teens in grades 6 through 12 will design their own Shrinky Dink charms to add to pins, keychains, or magnets. Registration is not required for this free event.
