The Seneca County Genealogical Society will be meeting on Tuesday May 2, 2023 at 6:30 pm in the Frost-Kalnow Room of the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library. The program will be The Real Story of "Negro Town Road ". From the early to mid-1800s, a group of African Americans, Wyandots and whites lived in a settlement named "Negro Town" near the northern edge of the Wyandot Grand Reserve south of Tiffin, and the road from the settlement to Tiffin. Join retired Heidelberg English professor Dr. David Kimmel as he delves deep into the story of this "ghost settlement."

This meeting is free and open to the public.
