Watch Communications is a technology company that specializes in Wireless and Fiber Internet, TV, Hosting and Home Phone Services to both residential and business customers in the rural Midwest. Our core focus is bringing connectivity to the under- and unserved small and rural markets throughout Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.
The company, which was founded in 1992, is a subsidiary of Benton Ridge Telephone, an Ohio corporation founded in 1902 to provide telephone services in rural Ohio communities. We have grown from our roots in Lima, OH, to service thousands of homes and businesses throughout the Midwest. We are a local company with local employees that work and live in the areas we service. Our knowledgeable and highly skilled team members are the backbone of our company. Every day we strive to deliver exceptional service to every customer in our network, keeping them connected to the things that matter most.
In an effort to continue closing the digital divide and bring better connectivity to rural America, we have recently acquired several ISPs in our service areas. As the need for reliability and faster speeds increase, we are committed to investing in new equipment that will improve the lives of our customers and communities that we serve. Our upgraded networks utilize the most recent technologies, always-on connections, and high-speed connectivity to deliver faster speeds and stronger connections within our customer’s homes and businesses.
