Legacy Title, LLC is a full service real estate title company which focuses on real estate title work, title insurance and provides expertise in closing transactions and acts as the closing agent for lending institutions, realtors and the general public.  Opening a location at 19 West Market Street, Suite F in Tiffin has become the firm’s third location, joining their Fostoria Office located at 125 S. Main Street, Suite 201 and their Findlay Office located at 314 W. Crawford Street.  The Tiffin Office is a closing office and processing office.  The Fostoria and Findlay offices are closing offices.  The President and Managing Officer of Legacy Title, LLC is Lori Welter who handles the day to day operation is located at the Tiffin Office along with her supporting staff. Before moving in, Legacy Title, LLC invested approximately $10,000 into their 2,300 square foot suite for remodeling, equipment and set up.  The space includes offices for staff members, a conference room and meeting rooms for Legacy’s four on-staff attorneys. Office hours are from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, however, evening and weekend appointments are available for customer convenience. “We look forward to servicing the Tiffin market and being a part of this wonderful community.”
