Leadership Seneca County November Class

Leadership Seneca County November Class
November 11, 2021

The Leadership Seneca County’s class of 2022 held their November class on Heidelberg University’s campus at the Hoernemann Stadium. This class was all about “Understanding You.” The students participated in various activities that helped them learn more about their personalities and the group dynamics of the students around them. The class completed personal purpose statements to identify their purpose and who the student is as a person.

Joe Moore, a retired Tiffin City Schools teacher, gave a presentation on values. He ended with a project where the students identified ten values that mean the most to them in life.

Dan Clark, Vice Provost for Online and Extended Learning at Tiffin University, presented his own Leadership Story. He explained to the class of 2022 what he learned about leadership as a coach, educator, and human being. He helped the students to “recognize the value of what has been given to you.”

The class concluded with students working on their class project.

Leadership Seneca County is a local group to help community members refine their leadership skills and become dynamic contributors in their workplaces and the community.
