Feature Friday: Big Dipper

Happy Feature Friday, where every Friday the Chamber team will highlight one of our fantastic members by repping them for the day and telling the community more about them. This week's Feature Friday is: Big Dipper!

The Big Dipper has been proudly serving up delicious ice cream, hot sandwiches, and friendly smiles to the residents of Tiffin for over 30 years! With their convenient drive-thru and welcoming walk-up window, ordering is made simple and easy. You can take your sweet treats to go, or grab a seat on their brand new picnic tables to stay and enjoy. In addition to their menu staples, they love offering weekly specials and introducing new items for customers to try out! 

Big Dipper went under new ownership in 2020. So far, they have made a significant investment into the company with new equipment, registers, updated menu signs, and building improvements. The ice cream shop also has a new and updated menu, with many returning favorites and a few new food and ice cream options. Big Dipper offers a wide variety of treats, including soft serve, Toft’s Hard Dip Ice Cream, almond milk, Dole Whip, low-fat yogurt, and sugar free ice cream, along with hand dipped novelties and specialties. 

They are dedicated to their work and have been awarded throughout the years by numerous accolades from both critics and loyal customers. Big Dipper knows and loves the ice cream industry and are passionately striving to improve everyday. Their goal is to maintain the high satisfaction and quality that their customers receive from their treats and they pride themselves on having "something for everyone!"
