After buying and selling several of his own homes, Ryan Fennell realized just how important home inspectors are in the home buying process. When purchasing a home in Upper Sandusky, he commissioned multiple home inspections and was unhappy with the results. His negative experiences with home inspections, combined with his many years of experience in residential and commercial construction, led him to found Acuity Inspections in 2021.

Acuity Inspections offers a wide range of home inspection services, including buyer inspections, seller inspections, radon testing, termite inspections, water quality testing, and aerial photography. Customers can expect thorough and detailed inspections, professional and courteous service, clear and concise reporting, expertise and experience, and ongoing support. They strive to provide their clients with the information and support they need to make informed decisions about their real estate transactions.

Ryan Fennell is originally from Findlay and currently lives in Sycamore with his wife, Heather. He is an Ohio licensed and InterNACHI certified professional inspector with state-of-the-art equipment.
