The Franciscan Earth Literacy Center is excited to offer four “Pop Up” Summer Camps this year. Each camp has a unique theme and aimed at different age groups. Space is limited so check the descriptions below and register your child today!
Monday, June 26 (8 am-noon) Water Camp led by Jakob Boehler of the National Center for Water Quality Research of Heidelberg University and Jon Long of the Ottawa-Sandusky-Seneca County Solid Waste District (for ages 7-9).
Monday, July 17 (8 am-noon) The "Strong is the New Pretty" program with Jen Burns of Rustic Flair & Brush uses your creativity while being real and capturing confidence with photography (for ages 8-12).
Friday, July 28 (8 am-noon) Enjoy preparing and eating a 3-course lunch (fresh salsa, homemade pizza and dirt pudding) "Farm-to-Table Fun with Food" with Gardener Robin (for ages 7-12.)
Tuesday, August 15 (8 am-noon) Explore the OSU's Mobile STEM Lab (includes coding, technology & robotics) with Seneca County 4-H Educator Katie Cole (for ages 8-18).
Fee: $50 per camper to be paid prior to the start of the camp or the morning of from 7:30-8:00 AM. (Caretakers will sign two release forms) Space is limited to 20 campers per camp, a minimum of 10 is required. Register at sshafranek@felctiffin.org or 567-230-0050. Scholarships are available.
