Tiffin Regional Walk to End Alzheimer's--Sponsors Needed

The 2023 Tiffin Regional Walk to End Alzheimer's will be held on September 30 at the Heminger Center on the campus of Tiffin University.  There are still sponsorship opportunities available. This year's co-chairs, Barb Bruns and Leanne Smith are leading the way to find a cure.   "Alzheimer’s research, help for patients, and support for caretakers are extremely important" says Bruns as she saw the disease slowly take the life of her mother while her father, a devoted husband, became the sole caretaker. Leanne Smith also saw this disease take her mother's life. Smith states, "As a daughter and caregiver for her, I realized just how much this disease affects not only the person struggling with it, but every person it touches. After my mom passed I have made a personal commitment to try to help advocate for all those in need of not only care and support but financial help as well as they travel on this Alzheimer’s journey".
