Feature Friday: GRITT Personal Training and Fitness

Happy Feature Friday, where every Friday the Chamber team will highlight one of our fantastic members by repping them for the day and telling the community more about them. This week's Feature Friday is: GRITT Personal Training and Fitness!

Welcome to Seneca County's newest gym, the next evolution of GRITT Training. With a new facility and new equipment, the top tier training, service, and dedication remains the same. GRITT is excited to offer gym memberships for those who are looking for a comfortable, clean, and positive atmosphere to work out. In addition to their membership options, you can also take advantage of individualized training or group classes lead by their knowledgeable, friendly, and not too mention fun team of trainers. With the new space, located at 1796 County Rd 1, Tiffin, all of these awesome services are located in one convenient space and under the same roof. 

The new space features 16 new Matrix strength training machines, 3 new premium Rogue Power Racks, 5-100 lb dumbbells, Life Fitness cable cross system, treadmills, stairclimber, speed and agility equipment, and much more! GRITT is much more than a building with equipment, but a mindset and a movement that all are invited to join in on.  

GRITT was founded in the summer of 2020 with the idea of bringing a holistic approach to health and fitness. In a world full of workout gurus, and assembly line style training programs, they vow to be real and different. Training with GRITT, you are a part of an immense family community full of support. Whether you are a high school athlete training to play at the next level, or a mom trying to get healthy for her kids, all are welcome. They provide a science-based training style to their programs to guarantee results. By assessing your body type, activity level, personal goals, and diet, they can customize a program designed to work specifically for you.
