Mercy Health - Tiffin Hospital Celebrates 110 Years

Congratulations to Mercy Health - Tiffin Hospital, President Andrew Morgan, and the entire team on celebrating an incredible milestone of 110 years serving our community this year!

Their legacy began with the combined efforts of the Sisters of Mercy, Diocese of Toledo and community leaders coming together to bring healthcare to the community of Tiffin and surrounding Seneca county. The hospital's history dates to 1913 when a four-story building was constructed on West Market Street on 7 acres of land. The original hospital on Market Street in Tiffin had multiple expansions to meet the needs of the community, until the construction of the new state-of-the-art facility facility on St. Lawrence Drive.

Mercy Health - Tiffin Hospital has earned ranking among healthcare providers and insurers in Modern Healthcare’s 2023 Best Places to Work award program for five consecutive years. The hospital is also one of 20 facilities identified on the Small Community Hospitals as a 100 Top Hospitals, according to an independent quality analysis provided by PINC AI and reported by Fortune.
