Re|connect is three businesses in one; they are an independent mortgage manager, podcast host, and networking event host.

Owner, Sean Durocher, is originally from Allen Park, MI. Upon graduation from Tiffin University, he stayed to work for the university and became Director of Safety and Security. After working through COVID, he left TU in 2021 and started training to become an independent mortgage loan originator. In June 2023, he had a vision that inspired him to create a podcast to interview entrepreneurs, small business owners, and real estate professionals and launch a community-based networking event for real estate professionals. After weeks of planning, relentless effort, and invaluable support from others, he successfully brought Re|connect to life, hosting its inaugural event and launching the podcast in three months.

As an independent mortgage manager, Sean is a dedicated mortgage advisor, educator, and support system for individuals navigating the home purchase and financing process. He is committed to treating his clients with utmost respect and dignity, ensuring clear and effective communication, and actively listening to their needs. Clients are presented with various options that empower them to make informed financial decisions. RE|connect's networking events center around fostering connections. When attending this event, participants will engage in meaningful conversations that promote learning and collective growth, all while forging valuable relationships.
