Welcome new member, Plasonite! 

Plasonite strives for excellence in 3D Design and FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) plastic fabrication. They put customer service and their customers outcomes at the forefront of their business. Plasonite began in early 2023 by Mark Flayler with the creation of his printer farm and has grown exponentially through community involvement, online sales, and local shows.

Mark is originally from Oak Harbor and relocated to Tiffin in 202 where he met his wife and fell in love with the area and people. He is a practicing Mechanical Engineer and Software Solutions Consultant for Autodesk products and over the years he would help others design their products with their design software and fabrication machines. Mark always tinkered on his own in a hobbyist capacity when it came to 3D printing, and finally made the leap to expand that love for design and fabrication to the local community and larger internet audience. 

When working with Plasonite, you can always expect top notch customer service and on time deliveries. Plasonite prides themselves on exceeding customer expectations! Plasonite is professional 3D printing that rises above hobbyist usage with professional design and fabrication software as well as high end machines in their printer farm.

Plasonite currently has over a dozen professional grade machines to meet customer demands for their orders and is continually growing as demand increases. They do everything from small jobs where you cannot find replacement parts to existing equipment or appliances to large quantity orders for your organization. Plasonite, since its inception, has been involved in community organizations and programs such as Lemonade Day, Tiffin's Wizarding Weekend, local school PTO fundraisers, the Chamber Golf outing, and many other events where their products have been used or handed out. You can also have check out the permanent showcase on display at LevelUP in Tiffin where they have rotating products and longtime favorites of the gaming community.
