Charlie Basset, the current owner of Bassett's Market in Tiffin, bought Heritage IGA from David and Jenny Kelch in June 2023, following the Kelchs' retirement. Charlie has both short-term and long-term plans to improve the Tiffin location. He wants to take the best aspects of the Bellevue and Port Clinton locations and incorporate them into the Tiffin store while keeping the best aspects of Heritage IGA (like the doughnuts).
