Stover Insurance Services Receives Elite Agent Designation from Allstate Insurance

Stover Insurance Services, located at 453 East Market Street in Tiffin, has announced that they have received The Elite Agent Designation from Allstate. This designation is reserved for top-tier agencies who are growing rapidly and exceed its customer service level expectations.

This designation adds to the growing list of achievements for the agency, who just celebrated their fifth anniversary in business. Additional achievements include being recognized with the Allstate Honor Ring Award and the National Conference Awards in previous years.

The distinctive Allstate Honor Ring award has been Allstate’s symbol of outstanding achievement, and the recipient must be in the top 16% of Allstate agencies. The National Conference Award recognizes Allstate agency owners for high standards of their commitment to customers as well as their contribution to the local community. The National Conference Award criteria is based on the growth of households covered and customer satisfaction surveys. Only the top 8% of Allstate Agencies are considered for the award.

Stover Insurance Services reopened the former Bill Daniel Agency in 2018 as an Exclusive Allstate agency. In 2019, the agency relocated to its current location to offer additional space and parking for the convenience of its customers. Stover Insurance Services has recently expanded their staff to three full-time and two part-time agents that specialize in home, auto, life and business insurance.
