Ohio Pork Council is proud to announce the second annual Bourbon & Bacon — an evening filled with great pork, bourbon tasting, a beautiful location, and an excellent mix of people. All ingredients for a perfect date night.

Bourbon & Bacon is an opportunity to provide a savory pork-eating experience to the public while connecting them with Ohio pig farmers. The meal will feature four courses of pork and bacon items including the Clemens Farms Sweet Tea Brined Pork Chop with Maple Bourbon Glaze.

The event is open to the public, and tickets are on sale now. Tickets are $100 a person or $190 a couple. Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite in the link below or by calling the office at 614-882-5887! As an OPC member, if you want to purchase your tickets by check, please call the OPC office.

• Bacon Fig Goat Cheese Bruschetta
• Pork Belly Burnt Ends Sticks with Corn Salsa

Salad

• Chop Salad – Iceberg, Romaine, Arugula, Craisins, Blue Cheese, Heirloom Tomato, Crispy Pork Rinds, Bourbon Mustard Dressing
• Mini Rolls with Maple Butter

Dinner

• Clemens Farms Sweet Tea Brined Pork Chop with Maple Bourbon Glaze
• Yukon Zucchini Hash with Pancetta & Caramelized Onion Tomato Vinaigrette

Dessert

• New York Cheese Cake with Bourbon Bacon Brittle
