The Youth Services Department at Tiffin-Seneca Public Library is offering a new program, “Folk Trails,” for kindergarten and first-grade students beginning Wednesday, September 6, from 3:30 to 4:30 pm in the Frost Kalnow Room.

Learn about a new country every month with books, art, and games.
