Come join us for May's WEW! Grant Miller, owner of Tiffin's GRITT will be instructing us on self defense!

If you choose to participate, (you may choose to just watch - that is okay too!), we advise wearing comfy clothes.

As usual, a meal and child care is provided. Please let us know that you are coming by marking attending on our event so we can have a head count for food!

INFO: GRITT was founded in the fall of 2020. Grant Miller is the Director of Operations. At GRITT, they offer lifestyle personal training as well as athletic development training. Grant advises that no matter what your goals may be, or even how much gym experience you may have - they can structure a plan just for YOU! Their goal is to create a happier and healthier Seneca County and Northwest Ohio!
