Tiffin University's School of Business will host its 11th annual Summit to Success on Friday, March 22. Coordinated by TU's Business Club, the Summit will begin at 8:30 AM with registration in the Gillmor Student Center Gymnasium and the kick-off and morning keynote at 9 AM. Breakout sessions begin at 9:55 AM in the Main Classroom Building, followed by lunch at noon in the Gillmor Student Center Gymnasium and the afternoon keynote speaker at 12:30 PM. Lunch will be provided. The event is free and open to the public.

Shawn Smith, TU Board of Trustees member and Chairman and CEO of Dedicated Financial GBC is the featured morning keynote speaker. When Smith founded Dedicated in 2015, his vision was to create a new kind of commercial loan portfolio management company, combining both a new model of connecting on a personal level with those in financial trouble and a new corporate philanthropy model.

Breakout sessions will be facilitated by multiple speakers from varying industries that include marketing, sports management, finance and accounting and more.

The afternoon keynote speaker, JR Nguyen, is the Founder and President of JRL Logistics, Inc. Nguyen is a successful entrepreneur running a multi-state logistics company partnering with industry giant FedEx. Facing adversity from a young age, his diverse upbringing motivated him to work hard and stay focused.
