Founded in 1998, Carmella's Italian Ristorante was founded and 18 years later they re-invented the wheel to a Smoke House called Carmie's BBQ & Grill which follows the tradition of the namesake Carmella Fabrizio, whose love of family, unity, and a life well-lived is their guiding star. In 2015 they added the distinct flavor of smoked BBQ to their menu along with the great burgers, salads, and entrees that they're known for. With their new menu, look for more fresh ingredients, home-made sauces, and hand-crafted items.
