Say hello to your new favorite way to snack with Freeze Dried Ohio! Freeze Dried Ohis is a locally owned and operated business that creates a one of a kind product that all can enjoy. Started by Mary Franks, Freeze Dried Ohio takes your favorite candies, fruits, and other sweets and freeze dries them for consumption. Freeze Drying is a low temperature dehydration process that involved freezing the product, lowering the pressure, then removing the ice by sublimation. After this process, instead of a chewy Air Head or a crisp apple, you now have a light and airy snack that you can easily bite or let melt in your mouth!
